Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Twist your torso and bring your opposite elbow towards your opposite knee, as if pedaling a bicycle.
3.Bicycle Crunches
Classic plank, side plank, and variations target different core muscles. Hold for time or perform repetitions.
4.Mountain Climbers
Start in a high plank position. Alternate bringing your knees towards your chest in a running motion.
